HSB is Sweden's largest housing cooperative, owned by its members. The theme of the new office is "Welcome home" with meetings and energy as key words. The workplaces are openly deployed and in each "block" are squares and meeting places with seating areas, project tables and quiet rooms.
In the building there are approximately 420 employees. On the top floor with views over the city's roofs are about 10 conference rooms for visitors with inviting lounges and a "think tank" for creative meetings.
