The BOB family continues to grow with BOB Hide that allows for private spaces, as well as a changing vertical graphic profile. One straight, and one cut module will let BOB Hide flow as freely as big brother BOB along walls, around meeting areas, adopting to any kind of space.
The architectonic freedom is all there
with BOB Hide facing fully clothed in every direction. The sturdy yet soft mould of foam, can be ordered in a broad selection of fabrics and colours. Add screen dividers in different fabrics to subdivide the private spaces created.
”We have been thinking about BOB Hide since Bob was launched. It’s the same math with a straight and a cut module that allows for any undulating shape preferred. BOB Hide will give you a relaxed and protected space, further enhanced by optional dividers in textile or Plexiglas.”
Check out our new BOB Planner – it’s ready to use! BOB Planner are all updated and now offer greater creative freedom than ever before and provide an insight into the full potential of the BOB system in a simple and inspiring way.
Add BOB Hide modules to your BOB build to create a new verticality and privacy to your sofa and continue to add accessories. BOB Light, BOB-19 dividers, CUT tables and electrical sockets all offers a new look but especially an expanded functionality that brings BOB to its right context.
To give an extra boost to the creativity, we have also added the fabric Synergy from Camira, which adds new colors and texture to explore.
We are looking forward to taking part in all creative, unexpected and interesting variations that will be created.

Bernstrand and Borselius - BOB
Johan Lindau, CEO and design manager of Blå Station, has once again challenged two of Sweden’s most renowned designers. Is it possible to allow for maximum flexibility with a minimum of components at a reasonable price? And will Stefan Borselius and Thomas Bernstrand once more be able to collaborate – even more intimately this time – than with their former success, Experiment 15, which resulted in Honken, Poppe and Morris JR? ‘You can easily get stuck on details when you work alone’, say Thomas Bernstrand and Stefan Borselius in unison.
‘We work faster together when we can switch roles, taking turns at leaning back to take in the big picture, or immersing ourselves in the details.’ Logistics and production handling are obviously of paramount importance. ‘We cut and adjusted a volume in styrofoam in Stefan’s studio until the height and depth was spot on’, says Thomas Bernstrand. ‘Then we rotated it until it fitted perfectly on a Euro pallet.’ The final result is a compact volume for transport, with each module being easy to handle both in the factory and on site. ‘Sit on the back of the sofa, or deep down in it; you will be sitting comfortably regardless’, says Stefan Borselius.
