Stockholm Furniture Fair 2017 was a great event for us introducing the modular sofa system BOB by Borselius & Bernstrand and the timeless chair Lucky by a young Slovenian designer, Luka Stepan. More people than ever visited the fair and it was exiting to meet so many new and familiar faces and to see the great response we received for our new products. We are of course especially proud and happy to receive a prestigious award on the fair for BOB.
BOB wins editors' choice award
Stefan Borselius and Thomas Bernstrand's sofa system Bob for Blå Station was awarded for BEST PRODUCT at the 2017 Stockholm Furniture Fair, Editors' Choice Awards.
The jury for the award consists of the editors in chief from four esteemed design news media offices; Marcus Fairs, Dezeen; Robert Thiemann, Frame magazine; Chantal Hamaide, Intramuros and Costas Voyatzis, Yatzer, with the following motivation:
"A clever idea that produces a flexible seating system with a strikingly siple aesthetic. A new modular typology that could work equally in the home or in commercial spaces."
