The jury’s verdict
Söndag: Elegant sculptural form. The form-pressed qualities of the wood and the slender dimensions, combined with thin steel, have been utilized to the maximum in both design and construction.

Blå Station´s graphic sheet: Informative, tastefully and intelligently designed.

Simsalabim & Hannah: Special prize for the best cooperation between designer and producer. The special prize goes to the designer who over a long period of time has pursued his own definitive style within his own production company here represented by a dining table and an easy-chair. The innovative folding table Simsalabim functions superbly with a leg that can be pulled out in a surprisingly beautiful and useful way. The table is delivered entirely untreated and together with a choice of woods this creates both an ecologically clean and very low-cost product. The ecological thinking is also evident in the chair Tant Emma (Hannah), where both the seat and backrest can be lined with vegetable tanned leather, and the seat is padded with horsehair.

Bimbo: Small, compression moulded, stackable stool with a simple form. Versatile and space-saving, both for everyday use and as a playful object in adult and child environments.
