Design S - is one of Sweden’s biggest and most comprehensive design awards. It is organized and presented by the non-profit organization Svensk Form. Design S highlights creative, sustainable and innovative solutions in all areas of products, services and environments.
Max is the dressed-up version of Maximus, Johan Ansander’s playful and iconic easy chair presented in 2021. Where Maximus was softly shaped in massive wood, Max offers soft comfort fully clothed with a springy lushness. The craftsmanship expressed in the precise seams endows Max with a distinct character and a mimetic attitude that will let any space look alive.
